Smoothie King

Elissa is a friendly employee! I did not have to wait too long for my drink, and it was very delicious. The energy of those working could've been higher and the place could've been cleaner.

I walked into Smoothie King at 7:50 and realized they were probably closing at 8. I asked the person who was working if they closed soon and he said yes, I then turned around to leave. (Working in a restaurant i understand how annoying it can be for people to come in 10 mins before close) he stops me and tells me it is okay and to please come back. It was sincere, I didn’t feel like he was annoyed with me or falling behind in pre closing to assist me. When I was about to order he told me never to feel like I can’t come in 10 mins before close because they will always do business and be happy to do it. He said how thankful he was for customers and to be working! He was an overall great and positive guy and employee. He was so enthusiastic and polite. He informed me his name was Charles and he was the GM. I had to leave a tip for this guy. I look forward to seeing him again when I go back!!!

My Co-Workers and I came in today for a smoothie, we are on a really strict diet which can make it kind of hard to enjoy a smoothie. Charles was on the register and we both were asking questions about what we could possibly have. He was such a pleasure to work with! He was so nice and attentive and didn't rush us at all, he was also very knowledgeable about everything on the menu. We didn't feel rushed at all even though we were asking a lot of questions and he made sure we got to walk out with a diet friendly smoothie! This smoothie king isn't the closest one by me but it will always be my top choice and I will recommend it to everyone! Plus it's SUPER clean. Again, thank you Charles for the amazing customer service!

I went in with my boyfriend the other night and was greeted by a young girl named Jennifer. She helped us understand the menu and directed us towards the best purchase. Very friendly and great service!
