Seoul Poke Bowl

The Bi Bim Bop is excellent. I learned to love this delicious Korean meal when I was stationed there 25 years ago. I really like the open concept of the restaurant and I can fully recommend trying it. The sushi bowls looked great as well I'll be back!

Fresh, healthy, and delicious flavors. In a slightly challenging place to get to but if your looking for a good simple and quick meal, you can't go wrong.

Thought the food was good, not great. The portion sizes were relatively small to price compared to other poke (or Asian restaurants who also feature poke) places in Charlotte. Wasn't a bad experience and would likely go if I lived close but not worth passing half a dozen other places poke on the way.

If this is your type of food! You will enjoy it! Quality ingredients and great customer service. It's Chipotle style come in build your bowl and leave. Great vibe! I would recommend this to any friend who is an adventurous eater!

Very impressed with the excellent and very diverse selection that they have here for both proteins and bases. Most poke places only offer the basics but the addition of bulgogi and soft shell crab was very interesting and I very much enjoyed the udon noodles as a base. The service was excellent and while I did not sample any raw fish, I did find the beef to be very good and the lady I was with enjoyed her salmon. I have eaten at a member of poke places around Charlotte and other areas. I can't say that this is the best, but it is definitely high quality and will not disappoint.
