Cook Out

Typical cookout setup. Huge crowds hanging around. Drivethrough was super slow. Always pick the inner lane. The outer lane barely moved as we. The voice box quality was abysmal but the managed to get our order. For what you pay...can't really complain too much.

Food is great. However, they often forget important things like napkins. And forks. Items necessary to eat the meal you purchased from them. Also need to be more alert when taking orders and preparing food to get orders made correctly. 3 times and 3 times order was wrong

This is one of my favorite cookouts in Charlotte. The food seems to be better there and they are pretty good at getting the orders right

The platters are budget friendly. Some of the food we had was very good some was meh. Maybe it was because it was Christmas eve night. I'm not sure but I will have to try this place again to give it a fair review.

They don't follow orders too well but what do you expect from teenagers working in fast food.. The food when done right is fantastic. I go there every now and then.
