Taco Bell

I was in the area with a friend of mine and we were discussing meal options. I mentioned Taco Bell as being one of my go to places for a late night snack. This particular location on Billy Graham is a dual restaurant with KFC located inside as well. And it remained packed for the duration of our visit; but the counter staff handled it well. Mindful that my friend is a vegetarian, i was looking for something specific to her dietary needs. But with 2 restaurants items on the menu board, it was a bit much. The counter person was very helpful and pointed out a vegetarian combo plate that we had overlooked. If memory serves me correctly, there were at least 5 items on this combo plate; black beans, rice, salad etc;. My friend gave it really good reviews and said it was a really unexpected vegetarian gem from a fast food restaurant.

The Charlotte NC Airport location is time consuming.. I visit usually at least 3x a week.. This store is very short staffed.. Most of the time the workers appear to be doing their best.. I have waited 10-15 minutes just to order, although no one was in line.. The manager was in the back.. The cook came up to bring food up, and went to alert the manager of the line forming up front.. She seemed to disagree on the wait.. We then had to wait for the the food prep. I don't complain only because it appears that the workers are trying to keep the store running.

The wait wasn't very long. I received everything I ordered and it tasted good. The dining area was a little dirty but I think the young lady was getting to wiping down the tables. Keep up the good work team! ????
