La Autentica Mexican Restaurant

Nice looking restaurant with even better food. Endless crispy chips with two different sauces one spicy one mild both very good. The lunch specials go on through Saturday and are great deals. All meals are amazing portions and taste amazing. Highly recommend the fajitas. Staff is always very polite and checking up on you. Overall a great place for mexican food.

Best Mexican food in South Charlotte! The salsa is authentic, the food is amazing and the margaritas are strong like they should be!

Nice ambiance and good food. I understand that La Autentica is a Mexican restaurant and the servers are speaking Spanish but they could improve a bit with their English. Otherwise everything was really good.

This is a great place to get a quality lunch. I don't know how of the place is actually "authentic", but the food certainly seems to be. I had the soft tacos and they were spot-on. My spouse had the fajitas and they seemed to be okay (not like what we've experience before at other places where they come out from the kitchen sizzling). Never-the-less, both entrees were very good.

The place was not crowded when we got there (before the lunch crowd), but by the time we left a fair number of people also came in. Prices were good and service was good as well. We would definitely go back!
