    As entering the store nice lady named Susan greeted made a wonderful sandwich a number 4 combo, very pleasant store to be in ,food fresh. In the store was very clean inside and out.. Not only would I give them 5 Stars ,I would give them two sums up.!!

    Usually Jimmy John's is awesome (5 stars), but I went in last night around 7pm and there was literally nobody there. I stood at the counter for about 30 seconds, nobody came out from the back to take my order. I then said "hello" and "is anyone here" multiple times loud enough for someone to hear if anyone was there. No response. I waited a little bit longer, no one. I should have just gone behind the counter at this point and made my own sandwich, but I went to another restaurant instead.
