Absolutely delicious. The layout of the restaurant is not too cramped for the number of tables. The food took a while to come out for a 5 top table, but all of it was freshly made and hot still. One of our party members was from New Orleans and said the food flavors were very close to New Orleans quality. The menu contains dishes you would definitely find in the New Orleans strip but there are also options for individuals that do not like Cajun style food.
One of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte. Food and service are A+ every time I come here. The atmosphere is even better. Live jazz too upstairs.
This restaurant had such a coziness about it! There was a lit fireplace and a sort of sunroom, where we ate with lights lining the windows. The New Orleans platter that I had was delicious! I am a seafood lover and this generous portion dish was very satisfying ???? If I had one complaint it would be the parking. Because of location we had to park and walk a little more than I like-but hey-that would not deter me from visiting this restaurant again!
Cajun Queen is an AMAZING restaurant! The staff are always very respectful and hospitable. It is highly recommended to make reservations. Seating and parking is limited, but the warm customer service and amazing food is well worth preparing to be a customer! My words are, this place is one of Charlotte's hidden gems!
I had the fried oysters for my appetizer they were so sweet and tender. Then I had the duck it was simply awesome. The portions were large and full of flavors and spices to amaze. Great atmosphere and wait staff.
