Tokyo One Express

The staff here is what makes this place amazing. I always get the vegetarian dish with fried rice and vegetables. It is very affordable. The family that owns this establishment is super welcoming and going here on a regular basis you will soon feel like part of the family. They don't have the best English, but if you ask me that is a qualification to being a great Asian restaurant.

Amazing Hibachi! We live in San Francisco now and it’s basically impossible to find hibachi here.
So whenever we are in Charlotte, we get hibachi here at Tokyo One Express and are never disappointed. The yum yum sauce is delicious, the carrots cooked to perfection and everyone’s really nice here. Can’t wait to come back!

The food is always amazing. You have options here if you are on a diet. They have a low carb menu selection that will make your mouth water. I always tend to go with the hibachi steak and chicken with double veggies, but I can't resist the shrimp sauce. They are fast and efficient when they make your orders. I have always had a pleasant experience with them.

Excellent shrimp and steak hibachi dinner! The spring roll was not good. Will try the egg roll next time. We would definitely go back!
