Firenza Pizza

I come to this location every week and I ordered three pizzas every time I come. The staff has always been very helpful, very friendly. I'm in and out of there in no time. This is better then any pizza I have had including Frozen or Domino's or Pizza Hut. I would gladly wait whatever time it takes for me to get my pizza done. Thankfully I had never had to wait more than 8 minutes. That is why I find extremely odd some of the comments that have been made on this site. I am a frequent customer since they open last year. I have never had a bad experience nor have I ever been treated in any other manner but with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this location. If you want some really good pizza with some great customer service this is the place to go!

I had to wait on a pizza because they burned the first one. So my other pizza wings and cheese sticks wasn’t really hot. But the pizza was still great and you can taste the fresh ingredients

They have awesome service and pizza! Every employee is kind and ive never had a complaint since my pizza is made the way I expect it! There the best, going there is no regret and good prices

It was my children and I first time in this restaurant and we didn't know what to expect. We were greeted by one of the employees that worked there by the name of Kayla and we expressed to her that it was our first time. She then provided us with information based on the food that they sell. After looking at the menu and placing our order, we went and found our table. Our food came out very efficiently and was amazingly delicious! We were then greeted by the store owner Emily who then took it upon herself to ask us, "how the food tasted?" and then came back to ask us "to sample their bacon mac and cheese" and we agreed. That was also very satisfying to our tastebuds. I would truly recommend this place. Sidenote: Their restroom is very clean, and you know what they say about restaurants having a clean restroom. I just want to say thanks to everyone who worked tonight, for providing excellent customer service.
