This place is very good!! The line where you order your food could be faster but the food makes up for all of it! They give you a good portion that leaves you stuffed but still wanting more . I would highly recommend this place and will be returning for more .
This is so delicious! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The place is beautifully decorated and clean. Now let’s talk about the food..... I literally ordered half of the menu and every single thing I ordered was delicious. The taste is so authentic. Really makes you forget about where you are and transports you to Puerto Rico. I highly recommend everyone checking it out. Even if you’re not familiar with Puerto Rican cuisine. 5 stars all the way!
The food is absolutely AMAZING! But customer service is lacking a bit. Feel like there should have been more servers for how busy it was. I got my food before my drink, and there were no forks, only spoons, so that was a challenge when I was eating steak. I will definitely be back, though.
First place, the food was DELICIOUS! It felt like I was eating in Puerto Rico. Decorations on point....the experience very Puerto Rican. However, there are some things that could be improved so that this restaurant makes it to the top! If they want to keep the current first order then sit-type set up, another 2 cashiers would be great during busy times. Another 2 waitresses would be helpful during busy times. Because of their popularity, they should have a "chef's special" each day to avoid running out of food or up their supply. Otherwise the waitresses were really nice and cordial. There's also a slow leak in the back corner that needs to be addressed.
The restaurant is a fantastic addition to the University city. This was my first visit. I ordered beef stew. The meat was soft, the taste of vegetables blended with the sauce perfectly, as did the traditional rice as the side. The service is super friendly, although the ordering process could be made a bit faster - the first time guests like me seem to be a drag.
