    I love Pret! I was so happy to see there is one in the CLT airport. I'm hoping for more locations to pop up! Good, fresh food, air prices of course.

    What a nice clean environment with a variety of choices from Yogurt parfait, oatmeal, pastries, coffees and tea. Pleasant and efficient!

    I’m a cappuccino drinker and I work at the airport and I prefer to purchase my coffee from anywhere but Starbucks so I was very happy to see this place open. But they honestly do not know how to make a cappuccino. For some reason, I keep coming back bc I can’t find myself going to Starbucks knowing this place is available. However, I will HAVE to go to Starbucks from now on to get my cappuccino until Pret A Manger learns that cappuccinos have foam. All I taste is steamed milk... and that’s not what a cappuccino is supposed be like. Please please please get a real cappuccino machine. The customer service is always on point though. Thank you

    So nice to find a Pret here in the states. They are a staple when we travel in England. They have quality sandwiches for a great price. And they are an easy choice for grabbing a quick bite to eat in the airport when time is limited.

    Wow. After a completely awful experience with an unnamed airline, exhausted after vaulting the length of the airport 3 times, I found Pret A Manger in the Charlotte airport. I was suspiciously eyeing the food, when I noticed the decent prices for real, high quality food and coffee. Even better, the manager was fantastic, the service help outstanding. Friendly! Fun! Finding this place and these people was truly a respite in what had been an awful travel experience. Give these people a raise! When I travel through Charlotte again I will seek Pret A Manger out.
