Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Love it!! I'll take this over a traditional Italian place anyday.. we make homemade lasagna and theirs is the closest to it. And ya gotta love the salads..

The bartender, Lisa, was so awesome. I sat by the rudest, most demanding lady who complained about absolutely everything on a busy Saturday night. Lisa was extremely professional and patient with her (while still efficiently taking care of me and several other guests). I didn't catch the name of the dark-haired bartender with glasses, but she was great too. I will definitely come back and request to sit at the bar just to be served by them. Their hard work and professionalism is greatly appreciated!

I have not been to an Olive Garden in years, so I went with a friend for their birthday. It was after 10 pm and not too busy. Service was unexpectedly not good. The waitress was very young, very sweet, and seemed brand new. Whether it be water, the salad or main course, everything took a long, long time. This was my friend's first time at Olive Garden, and it was their birthday, and of course she forgot the dessert surprise. The food was fine. The waitress was untimely and clueless, but I made my friend remain silent about it, because I do not like complaining about or criticizing someone who clearly lacked experience. Probably, it was her first job and she was new. Another waitress processed our bill for us, because our server disappeared for too long yet again. We had been observing this other server throughout our ongoing delays, and she was on top of her game. We even complimented her performance when she helped transact our bill, and she introduced herself to us. She was actually from Poland, and a great conversationalist. I felt bad for our waitress, due to her lack of training, because she was trying so hard. The food was fine. The rest of the staff was gracious and hospitable.

The service tonight was amazing. The restaurant was full and we had to wait a bit to be seated. Camille was our server tonight. Despite how crazy busy the restaurant was, she took care of us with a smile on her face. Our food took a little bit to come out. The girl that brought it to our table looked flustered and Camille took over and started to serve our food. Unfortunately she dropped my plate on the table. A lot of people don't understand how stressful, embarrassing, and scary this can be for a server. What she didn't notice was the we immediately got off our phones and started to laugh and enjoy our meal as a family after the incident. Accidents happen, and Camille's attitude was amazing before and after it all happened. The manager quickly came to see how they could help. He was pretty funny even though it took me a bit to get the joke...lol My family and I had an amazing night and we thank Camille for taking care of us tonight! Attitude and professionalism is everything!

Very nice greeting from the start I think he was the manager. Our waiter was awesome his name was Bobby. He took well care of us. And our food amazing too. Good job
