Machu Picchu - Pineville

We have came here 5 or 6 times in the past as we come to visit Charlotte a couple times every year. Food was good but our waiter straight up looked like he didn't want to be there or attend to us. Same with other waiters and hosts who were sitting around a table on their phones. Everyone has a bad day i understand but in the field of customer service making your clients feel welcomed & important is BIG.

Our food was fantastic, service was a little slow... had to ask for refills and side plates, etc. It wasn't very busy when we got there and there were quite a few servers on the floor. Quicker service would've made this a five star review. Like I said, food was great... will definitely go back.

Visited the area for work and stayed at the Hampton Inn (great btw) behind this smallish shopping center. Did not want to venture out to far, and had never had Peruvian food before. I ordered a pick up to go (chicken soup w/curry and veggies and a salad with marinated beef but they called it something else) and they were so nice and the food was SO SO SO good. Let me stress again... SO good. I travel a lot for work and I’ve had horrible/good/fabulous experiences and this was a fabulous experience. The only thing that upsets me is that I don’t have a place like this back home. Went back to my hotel room, turned on the TV and had a “wow” moment. They are killing it so go try it.

Good food. Great live singing. It is loud once music starts so if you prefer quiet place it is not a place for you. But food and service is wonderful
