“The employee at the counter was great. Very engaging with all the customers.. I believe the manager didn't understand that he was the reason for people returning. Customer service venues especially fast food restaurants need quick-witted upbeat people to change the stigma of Quick Service Restaurant employees. It would be nice though if Dunkin' Donuts did make all of their donuts in house... Unfortunately they are frozen.”
