Panera Bread

Five stars only because of how lovely and thoughtful the new manager Jordan was with dealing with my order. I had ordered my favorite soup and a cookie and had asked for it to go, it was taking a little longer than I had hoped for so when I asked the manager she very politely apologized and even offered my money back for my wait time. I declined, but I was very impressed that she then went back on the line and personally made my order and got it out to me quickly. The amount of care and personal attention that I received from management made waiting a little longer not terrible, and I really appreciate the feeling of responsibility this one manager showed to make sure that I was taken care of, and even the guests that were waiting behind me who where getting upset about their own wait time.
Great service makes all the difference!

I gotta say, I'm going along with the program but putting the tip option in front of me when all the counter help did was grab a cookie and put it on the counter kinda ribs me the wrong way. I'm in the service industry and work hard with no expectation of tips. Anyway, there was a shortage of electrical outlets in the store. Luckily, good customers inside allowed me to use theirs. Actually got a table next to the fireplace. Nice and warm on a cold day....

Food was great. Even dining in the food is delivered to your table. Loved turkey chili bowl. Cinnamon rolls we're the best

We love Panera and we get food from there often. They're very clean and the employees are nice. The past few times we've been there and brought home take out they forgot the bread bowl for my soup. If you go and order the soup in a bread bowl, make sure you actually see the bowl in your bag.???? I reached in and felt what I thought was the bowl, of course it wasn't. Sigh ???? otherwise go, eat, enjoy! PS I am making a request to have the autumn squash soup year round. It's my favorite ????????
