    My husband and I are just about to leave from here. Andy is our server! We had a great first time experience here and will be SURE to be back! Bison is delicious and coming from a family of hunters and restaurant business the food was superb! Thanks again for everything!

    I have The Farmhouse salad with chicken and it was very light and refreshing in this heat. We went back there for another date and my husband had the Red Rock burger with salt and pepper onion rings. I had the bison short ribs with roasted cauliflower and the seasonal vegetable of jalapeno roasted corn. The braised bison short rib was incredibly tender and delicious.

    Service was excellent but over priced for what you get. We ordered Bison steaks. Bison seems to be the draw. Food preparation and service is excellent. Had same for less. It's a busy place so get reservations. They have a large bar area for dropping in and getting apps and drinks. Drinks are fair to good. As in don't expect to cozy up with bar tender. To big a place.
