Papa John's Pizza

I love the pizza and used to only purchase their pizza. Even over Pizza Hut. The last time I went into the store to pick up my pizza that I had ordered and the "new" manager was there and the pizza was not. She said that since I had mentioned my AARP discount that she didn't make it because she didn't think that they did the discount, but I also know that I always got it without mentioning it because the discount was on my account. She was so rude to me so I turned around and walked out.

Well kept pizza shop. Deliveries are usually way faster then estimates but when I had a late order management made it right. Order from here alot now.

The restaurant was in good condition but the customer experience needs help. I ordered 3 pizzas and was told it would be 20 minutes. I know oven times are about 8 minutes so why is it going to take 12 minutes to prepare 3 pizzas? The answer became obvious very quickly... I watched 3 insiders walk around like they didn't care, because they didn't care. One of them looked at the order onscreen and decided it was time to lightly brush some cheese off the end of the line, ignoring the only order onscreen. I watched quietly and imagined that I was watching Keystone Kops at quarter speed, deciding I won't return.
