Cool place to play with a cool atmosphere. My band (Dee Dray and the Dopeness) play there and always have a great time. The service is great, the hookah pipes are bomb, and the people are chill. DJ Strategy is hilarious too with some cool vibes.

I love coming here. Whenever I'm back in my hometown of Charlotte, I always tend to come here at least once. It's a great hookah bar with good drinks, friendly employees, and good hookah. As much as I love this place, I do wish the service was a little better. Often times, when the lounge gets busy, it feels as though the staff gets overwhelmed and has a hard time keeping up and I find myself having to continuously walk up to the counter to get someone's attention and service. That's really my only issue with this place but otherwise, I love this lounge!

Nice hookah bar with good ambiance and a lot of comfortable seating. Plenty of flavors and some drinks would here too. Can get busy on Friday and Saturday night but you should be able to find a table for you and your friends. Staff is helpful in finding you a flavor you'll like. It can get loud at night with music and lots of people so if you're looking for a quiet place on a busy night, this is not it.

Soulful Sundays at Red@28th are always enjoyable. If you're looking for a place to sit back and relax or if you would like to get up and dance, this is the place to go! The live band ???? sounds amazing and the DJ is always on point. Nice atmosphere with good vibes.
