First time being there and met the owner, Ty. Food was delicious, he and other employees were very nice and helpful. Would absolutely go back in a heartbeat!!
We had a very good lunch here. The owner saw that our order didn’t contain meat switched gloves and made the whole thing. He figured we were vegetarians so that meat wouldn’t touch our food. Above and beyond but super thoughtful.
OH MY WORD. I LOVED IT. I've passed by this restaurant a million times and now I'm kicking myself that I didn't stop in sooner. I had the small gyro, with the perfect ratio of bread, lamb, onion, cucumber, tomato, and sauce--all extremely fresh. And the pita is a little pocket that wraps so that food doesn't come bursting out of the bottom into my lap. Win!
Stopped by on my lunch break and to grab a pita as the last time I had one from a Pita Pit was about 6 years ago in Rochester, NY. Once I found out there was one in NC, i decided to make the 20 minute drive from my work in Concord to Cornelius. I was not disappointed. Met the owner, Todd, and while preparing my delicious lunch, we conversed about our travels and how we ended up in NC. Very pleasant to speak with. The food was amazing, as I remembered. Definitely a great choice. You won't go wrong stopping in for a bite. I can't wait to my next Pita! Thanks Todd.

I wasn't sure about this place according to the reviews, but I'm really glad I didn't pay attention. I got the Boom Boom pita and it was very good and plentiful! My husband got the chicken bacon pita and he said it was also very very good! Staff was nice
