Better Call Salsa

I'm satiated and satisfied, the best tacos in Charlotte, period. The flavors, ingredient quality, and preparation of the food is exquisite. The sweet potato, and mushroom tacos are a must. Loved the chips and queso. And the South Churro is immaculate. 10s across the board.

These guys are so awesome! Very authentic Tex-Mex right here in Charlotte, where any kind of decent Mexican food is hard to find. I enjoyed the brisket, chicken, sweet potato tacos and chips and salsa these guys had which was awesome and everything home made! I hope they eventually can get a restaurant open, but I will be having to keep a look out for this food truck!

10/10 recommend. Every single taco was amazing. The flavors and textures were well thought out. Creative and delicious! Best taco’s I’ve had in a very long time. Staff was extremely friendly and passionate about what they do.

Loved my experience at this taco truck! I love queso and theirs is amazing! The chicken and the sweet potato tacos were my favorite but the cider braised pork was my friend's favorite. We will definitely be back!

The food is amazing! Like eyes roll in the back of your head good! The way they’ve mixed different flavors and textures is so creative and unique. The different salsas/sauces they’ve come up with to complement each taco are my favorite part. I’ve never tasted anything like them before. Trying to figure out how to buy them all in bulk. Definitely a food truck you don’t want to miss out on!
