Bistro La Bon

Went on a Saturday morning, they were offering Brunch only. Food was fair, none of the choices were outstanding, but none were horrible tasting. The service was poor. Server did not seem happy to be there, never returned when we told her we needed another minute for the next round and it took forever to get the check.

great place to relax, people watch, eat good food or all the above. the service was very kind and attentive. kinda of like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed.

I love this place so much. The bill was good for how much you get. This place has great reviews for a reason.

I have been wanting to try Bistro La Bon for a while now and we decided to go on Valentine's Day for lunch. I get their emails and the menu looked great so we went. The decor is cozy and eclectic. The menu was just right for lunch. The dishes were plentiful and tasty!! We ordered the ligonberry meatballs with chive potatoes, the burrata with arugula and balsamic, seafood mac and cheese, and the pan seared gnocchi with butternut squash and spinach. We were very pleased with everything we ordered!! Unfortunately, they were very under staffed. They had just one waiter serving all the tables. He did his best and never showed his aggravation or got flustered. When we did ask for the check he apologized for the slow service and recognized that it was a drawn out lunch. I can appreciate when an establishment takes responsibility for a meal experience not being up to their or my standard. Hopefully they can get it worked out because the food we had was very flavorful and filling!!
We will definitely give them another try.

Enjoyed an excellent lunch here celebrating our son's graduation. The atmosphere and food was very enjoyable. The service was attentive. The tuna tartare was the best of the small plate dishes. Fantastic taste and great presentation. The other dishes were good as well. Everyone had a great time.
