Blacow Burger Sushi & Bar

From the food, staff, owners and waitress Sydney..EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!
Monday was my first time going out to eat since March! The restaurant was not overly crowded and I definitely felt the cleanliness throughout the restaurant!

So far we've had the burgers, wings, fries, Mac & cheese, and bang-bang shrimp. All were super delicious and served with prompt friendly service. Only a few minor things kept it from being a 5 star rating: 1) wings are really tiny, ordering the 6 piece will leave you still hungry, go with the 12 piece and up. 2) not enough dressing, only one small container. Should be one container per every 6 wings. 3) carbonation of soft drinks can be a lot better. While the sodas weren't flat, they definitely could've been a lot crisper & fizzier. But still great food and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

I have had Blacow twice now. Once for delivery and another in person. It’s a really cool setup inside and very chill. The food, well the food is amazing. I think I can say this with 100% confidence. EVERYTHING there is good. From the apps, to the chicken, to the burgers, to the sushi. Everything single thing we tried was absolutely delicious. Whoever is running the kitchen is a master at their craft. Highly recommend.

Stumbled upon this great new spot in the area, this place is one of the cleanest and friendly environments I’ve been to in a very long time. The burgers are phenomenal, I had to order another one to go after my first one. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and definitely worth the trip if you aren’t. Keep up the good work?

Unquestionably, the best burger and sushi restaurant in the Charlotte. It’s destroy the cowfish. Great food.
