    I was skeptical about Curry Gate at first. They have all 5 star reviews which is unusual and the decor isn't very much to look at. But this is the best Indian food I've had in Charlotte so far. I'm from DC so my standards for Indian food are quite high, and Curry Gate was very, very good. The sauces were so thick, rich, and bursting with flavor. Clearly there were no cut corners here. Absolutely delicious! I got the Lamb Palak, the Chicken Korma and the Samosa Chaat appetizer. I'll definitely be back!

    The food is good. The lamb korma was some of the best I've ever had...but the service...the SERVICE is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I highly recommend giving curry gate a try.

    This is my new favorite Indian restaurant. Their butter chicken and garlic Naan were simply amazing. The guy there also gave us two of their mango smoothie-like drinks for free, and they were ridiculously good. They have amazing service and incredible food. I will be going there from now on.

    Great place for authentic Indian and Nepali cuisine. Fried rice weighs about 10 pounds. The fried momo was amazing. The chili momo is something special as well. Next time I’m trying the chowmein and somosa chaat.
