I have booked two luncheons here in the past six months for our clients. One was a regular reservation and the other was for the private room. Both times the food was wonderful and the staff was amazing, and so incredibly accommodating. I've rarely seen such elegant service as when we booked the private room for our holiday luncheon. Service was choreographed so beautifully that they laid the entree plates down in tandem as they served. Our guests wanted for nothing. We will definitely continue to reserve E2 for our events.
I really enjoyed the experience here. The wait staff was attentive and the food was expertly prepared. So much flavor is included in every aspect of the meal, from house made bread and crackers to the entrées. The fried chicken dish is excellent. They have an extensive drink "concoctions" menu where they have really gone out of their way to create tasty an memorable cocktails. Will definitely be going back. Don't forget to try the gumbo!
Great food, wonderful staff! Very convenient valet parking. We went for the theater across the street and the restaurant honored our valet and had our cars ready waiting for us right after the show!
This place is used to the theater crowd and accommodates very well.
All of my friends loved their food!
Definitely worth it!
I went to this restaurant on 3/1/14 for dinner with 5 other people. Everything I ate was wonderful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or living in Charlotte. Next time I go back to Charlotte this is on my list of places to visit. KUDOS to everyone who works there, nothing but top notch customer service.
What a wonderful Restaurant. Atmosphere's great and so is the cuisine. I had the Heritage Farms pork chop and it was juicy, tender, and the viscosity of the molasses
glaze was spot on. I couldn't believe the size of it either, the thing was monstrous. E2 is one of my favorites.
