Fresh From the Grill

I ordered off DoorDash and it was made quick and it was all hot and fresh. I ordered the 3 pc fried fish and sides of collard and Mac and cheese. The star of the show had to be the collards and Mac. I loves both of them and the fish was good too! I just wish the actual pieces were thicker bc they were rather thin. Over all tho I was very impressed. Definitely trying more things on the menu!

I cannot give this place enough stars! Wow! The food is simply AMAZING! My boyfriend and I stopped here before going to the airport overlook and it was the best decision ever!!!! I am EXTREMELY picky with my mac and cheese and chicken, but this place truly met all my expectations! The chicken was crispy, juicy, flavorful just all around PERFECT. My Mac and cheese was the BEST Mac and cheese I’ve ever had… and I’ve had a lot of Mac and cheese. The yams I cannot say enough about. WOW! So so so delicious and just exactly what I was craving! My boyfriend is vegan so he got an impossible meat burger and he absolutely loved it! The service was amazing, everyone was very nice and our food came out very very promptly. The place looks very clean, especially the kitchen, and overall very very organized. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Will be eating here often bc it’s too good!!! A Charlotte gem.
