The smoothies were fine, but the customer service was nonexistent. We walked in around 5:20 with another family. The first thing that I (thankfully) noticed was that the floor was covered in water after having been just mopped, but no wet floor sign was out. There were two high school kids, a guy and girl, at the counter-neither of them said hello when we walked in the door or when we approached the counter to order. They just stared at us (my wife felt like we were wasting their time). Im not sure if it is a training issue or lack of common courtesy and manners, but at $8-10 for a smoothie, I expect something more. We were the only people there, so it wasn’t a busy time. Neither of their bathrooms had toilet paper in them either for our kids. It could have been a much better experience. Thanks.
Really enjoyed my Crave Bowl. They also had a cute outdoor patio to enjoy your smoothies.
This is the trick or treat yourself smoothie - super tasty and all proceeds go to a local CLT organization helping the homeless.
I met the owner on the opening day of this location and it is very obvious he is passionate about his work and the ingredients that go into his restaurant. It’s to be expected that quality, fresh ingredients will be a little more expensive. Totally worth it when the smoothies are great and you are supporting a local business.
The smoothie itself was good but as I was drinking it, I realized there were small pieces of plastic in the smoothie. I guess someone didn't take an ingredient out of the packaging before blending.. Not even sure how much I ingested before I realized they were not seeds or something else.
