Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey mikes is definitely a good place to go if you want a really great sub. Unfortunately this location closed down permanently but the other locations are up and running. This store was super convenient to me and the staff was awesome. Everytime I would go in there the staff knew exactly what I wanted and started fixing it immediately. The food was always fresh and good. Im gonna miss this location but I will definitely visit them at the other locations they moved to. You guys rocked at this location and y'all will be missed here in uptown Charlotte.

Great location, great staff. Even when the lines out the door, they move things along quickly. A+

Not bad food but not the best place for a sandwich. The only reason to go here is the Tuesday combo special for a cheap sub. Even then it's not great. Good chip selection but if you ask for a customization to a hot sandwich or wrap it usually doesn't go well. Just stay away from the chicken parm.

Great sandwiches. I call ahead and my order is ready by the time I walk over from my office. Love #17 Philly Cheese steak

The servers/sandwich artists/whatever you call them, were very friendly. They had nice interactions with me as well as the other customers.

The food, on the other hand, was horrendous. Funny someone mentioned the one in Matthews being better, that was my very first thought. I had the Big Kahuna. For one thing, either Matthews gives me a larger piece of bread or this one made theirs small. There were far less jalapenos, peppers and mushrooms on the sandwich, too.

I could live with both of those problems, since they are pretty subjective. What I can't live with is the grease laden bread. The bread was soggy and brown from the steak juice which made it very unappetizing.
