Jolly Rolls Ice Cream

Pretty average for an Ice cream place. A bit pricey in my opinion. The best part is just watching them make it. And it looks very nice when it's done. Fun to try at least once, but not sure it is a place I will go to on a regular basis. Wish the additions that they put in were larger or at least put more on top. This would probably change to a 4 or 5 star for me.

Good ice cream. Loud music. Not the cleanest place. Employees were playing on there phones.

Fun place to take someone for ice cream. The is mixed on a cold stone and rolled up. It tastes really smoothed and I enjoyed getting my s'mores on!

Ice cream is delicious and cuban coffee is a must considering there aren't many places around Charlotte that have this kind of expresso shot. Yes, I see the other reviewers rating with one star reviews but only making references to the service. They are right, but you also need to review the ice-cream and the quality of the ingredients etc. Service is not up to par with other ice cream shops like Rita's for example, but they are not as bad either. They just need to work harder at staffing their locations with a bit friendlier employees.

Ice cream is good and fresh and specialty Cuban coffee is as close as you can get if you have had it in South Florida.
