Loretta's Restaurant

Picked up creole half chicken, omg I didn't know that chicken could be that juicy and fall of the bone, and the rice and beans had a delicious Smokey hint like it was cooked over a campfire. left nothing on the plate. Ordered again the next night since my mind was blown to see if they could wow me again, got the braised short rib..... holy cow.. it just melted in my mouth. The flavor of the meat was excellent, a crunchy caramelized exterior and tender juicy inside. You know how when you take a bite of something so good its makes you eat like a savage caveman? yeah that's what this place does to you.

Wow.. Loretta’s is one of the best new restaurants in Charlotte. Executive Chef Chris Vergili, along with management and owner, have designed a phenomenal menu and lead a super talented team. Question is, how many Michelin stars?!?!!

We stopped at Loretta’s after an event in Pineville. The food was good home cooking the kind that sticks to your ribs.
I had the shepherd’s pie it was very good.
Since I have never had it before I have nothing to compare it to. It was seasoned very well and full of pork, beef and vegetables covered with real mashed potatoes I highly recommend it. Loretta’s was very clean and the service was awesome.
