    This place is a restaurant, lounge, hookah and bar with a nightlife all rolled into one. The atmosphere is a vibe in itself. Good people, great music, superb lighting with florescent paintings that pop off the walls. Dion was our bar tender and once he got in his groove the evening came alive. I will definitely revisit LULABELLE'S!
