The food and service were wonderful!! Gorgeous restaurant with wonderful owners who provided my table with a round of drinks, appetizers and dessert because we had to wait for our table to be ready (it was a special occasion for my mother in law) they went above and beyond what they needed and we really appreciated that! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the dishes :)

Service was excellent. Food quality was excellent. Some portions were generous some were Very sparse for the price. Cocktails were very stiff Very good value for the price. Will definitely go back but will be more conscious about what we order in the future.

The environment here is absolutely fantastic. Probably one of the best looking restaurants in the charlotte area. Dim light but not dark next to bright whites and a glowing decor. My wife and I absolutely loved it.

The service left some to be desired. The hostess let us know that pizza bar and bar seats are first come first served but didn’t check for us if there were pizza bar seats. We may not have gotten seated unless a woman (likely the owner) hadn’t seated us. Food service was courteous but very slow. Our waitress was in the weeds the whole visit.

The Pizzas were delicious; very well made, hot, with a flavorful crust. There’s not anything but good things to say about the pizza.

All in all, I’m sure at some point the novelty will die down and service will improve. It’s hard to justify coming here for pizza when Inizio can get you there without sit down service and Stagioni is up the road with PHENOMENAL pizza for just $2-3 more. Lots of Italian competition in the Charlotte area.

Love this addition to Charlotte! The menu has every part of Italy that you love! Pate...pizza..pasta...We came in with friends on a Saturday night and the service was great.. We shared a few plates so we could all try everything!! The clams and pate to start were amazing. The cavatelli with sausage was fresh and cooked perfectly. Don’t skip the pistachio bites!!!! Can’t wait to go back.

We had meatballs as an appetizer and they were wonderful. Mushroom and onion wood fired pizza was delicious too. My husband had chicken parm and loved it. Our service was wonderful and the atmosphere was lively but not too loud. Will definitely be back!
