Checkout lady Lori was pushy and rude.
No one was in line and she was acting like I was holding her up. I was trying to find a healthy option for my son that just had surgery. After I politey ask if there was an issue and why she was being rude, she said are you kidding me and ran to the back acting like a child telling the staff and manager that I said she was being rude. The manager came out to finish checking me out politely. Then Lori continue to whine in the background to the staff that it was my fault and could not believe I said she was being rude. She should not be dealing with customers, been here before and didn't have issues. Would be a one star if the manager wouldn't have stepped up. As I'm writing this review she doesn't see me in the corner 10 min after the incident and she continues to cuss and whine about the altercation while there are customers. Extremely unprofessional. She even stated that I have no patience for that and they could fire her for it, she doesn't care. Child like mentality.

Very fun and friendly environment. Food is made to order and presentation of sale items are quit appeasing.

I work at CMC Main and having a food option open late is wonderful. I have had some really good experiences here coupled with a few poorer ones, namely undercooked chicken on a salad once and another time with very poor customer service upon stepping up to order. All other times have been very satisfactory, and a prime example was when I ordered a caffe mocha and forgot to mention I needed almond milk. After the drink had been made I realized my mistake and asked if I could get one with almond milk, staring that it was completely my mistake and nothing they did wrong, and apologized for it. They graciously made me another one, didn't charge me for it, and wished me a good night.

As far as the store itself, it has a very good layout with plenty of seating and is kept clean. It is found on the ground floor near the front entrance to the hospital.
