Red Salt by David Burke

I had never heard of David Burke before, but both of his restaurants at this hotel are incredible. The food will set your taste buds ablaze from all the flavors! The food and drink options are unique are cooked to perfection. The restaurant offers two types of seating, one with fine dining sit down and a more casual high top table setting.

Excellent service and GM was super hospitable---created a smaller version of the cotton candy dessert because of our small party. Also, the steak and the salmon were delicious. Super cute ambience and a nice special occasion place

A wonderful experience all across the board. My waiter Shawn was very helpful, pleasant, personable, and friendly. He made great recommendations. They have an appetizer called "Clothesline Bacon". It's thick-cut peppercrusted maple bacon. Delicious. Then for my entree I tried the pork shank with vegetable fried rice. Another delicious choice. For dessert I had their apple tart. Amazing. On top of that, the strawberry lemon drop was great. I enjoyed the service from everyone I encountered. Would absolutely recommend.

I had an amazing experience at Red Salt. I went to dinner there with my Family on a Saturday night. The atmosphere of the restaurant is unlike any other in Charlotte. I had the special for the night which was an 18 oz. New York Strip. It was cooked to perfection and one of the best steaks I have had in the city. The clothesline bacon appetizer is to die for and the drinks are decadent. I highly recommend anyone to go to this restaurant you will not be disappointed.
