Sonic Drive-In

Really never a five in fast foods honestly. But they gold star for effort order was right and hotish even joked with the carhop. Def coming back sometime

Satisfying and yet not... at the same time.

The good: The order was taken courteously and correctly. The price was reasonable. The food was as expected although the food was warm to cool instead of hot. The order including a special order on the dog (no mustard) was completely correct. The order taker and the cook carried this rating. Unfortunately this restaurant still needs some help.

The bad: It took way too long to get a 2 fountain drinks, two orders of tots and a footlong. The straws given were standard straws not the long straws needed for our Rt. 44 drinks... and the drinks could not have had more ice packed into them so... couldn't reach the bottom 2 inches of the drink that we got to all too quick. I know first world problems but still aggravating. One of the selling points of a stop at a Sonic used to be the speed at which it came out hot and fresh. The other was the variety of drinks. There were fails here in both departments.

The ugly: Out of Sweet Tea... in the South? Out of Onion Rings. And apparently out of long straws too. To be fair that is unconfirmed... that could have just been a screw-up. Generally good service but a mediocre meal and the best I could go was a 3 stars and I feel I was leaning to the generous side. None of this was not easily fixed but having had the same slowness at other Sonics has lead me to think this is a franchise/management problem.

This location is always a little slower, but I love my blue raspberry slush with nerds! So yummy!

Good food, great place, great prices, nice and friendly ppl. New menu display, great service. Perfect customer service. We come here every Thursday. We love Sonic!
