    Wish the smokers wouldn't smoke right at the front entrance. It presents an issue for anyone sensitive to it and if you are wearing a mask the smell stays in your mask for a good while.

    My preferred Starbucks in the Charlotte area. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very personable with majority of the customers at this location.

    This Starbucks is superior in service and consistent with all orders. Staff is always fun and friendly!! Highly recommend.
