The Melting Pot

The staff & accommodations were beyond amazing. I enjoyed my experience so much I returned the next day (Yes, 2 days in a row!) It was a pleasure to celebrate my birthday at a place that exhibited sanitation, sincerity, & great service! I will definitely be back ❤

As usual, a perfect experience. Brandon was our waiter and he patient with the multiple questions that the 11 yr old asked. The food was delicious and seasoned just right, especially the steak choices. We were there for our anniversary and they gave us a cute plate with our anniversary written in chocolate. We only come here a few times a year but we haven't been disappointed yet. A great 5 out of 5 night!

The Melting Pot is doing a great job of providing yummy food in a clean, safe environment! The servers wear masks and gloves, and the store is half capacity. We sat at a double burner table for double the cheese and double the fun! Pro tip: you can ask for an extra portion of cheese because it's obviously the best course. My husband and I love celebrating anniversaries and birthdays at The Melting Pot! We always feel special

The staff is always polite and accommodating. I love the dimmer lighting it promote an air of privacy. It doesn't hurt that the food is amazing!

I've visited several Melting Pot locations over the decades and really enjoy the experience. Since moving to the area we have visited this location several times for various special occasions. We have typically thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Last night, 6/7/20, was a thoroughly disappointing dining experience. We arrived for our 6:30 reservation on time and were seated immediately. Someone was there to take our drink orders immediately. It took 30 minutes for those drinks to arrive. I appropriately expressed my frustration to our server over this delay 20 minutes in. We thought this would get us an apology or a manager visit. No such luck on both fronts. The manager made table visits to the other tables in the room we were seated but our table was completely ignored. I thought that by spending nearly $300 I would get a visit from a manager, no such luck. We paid our bill and generously tipped our server despite the way we were treated. Very disappointed.
