    Love love love this place. Food is great, fresh and healthy. The staff are really helpful and down to earth. Finally a phenomenal alternative in the processed food world. Eat clean, work out hard, and get after it!

    I’d say we’ve eaten from this location 10+ times in the past 6 months, I can confidently say our order & experience have always been perfect. I loved their Greek salad & their bowls so I ask for a Greek Chicken Salad Bowl (yes, with rice & lettuce if they ask) and it’s amazing!! I 100% recommend trying this location if you haven’t yet.

    Upfresh Locust has been a go to of mine for healthy, easy meal preps so I was very happy to see this location open up closer to me! Other meal prep places have watery, bland food. Upfresh is delicious and well seasoned every time! The ladies were super sweet when I came to pick my meals up too. Will be returning!

    Great to have a fresh and healthy option in the area. Decent sized menu and prices were fine. Fast and friendly service.
