Wheelz Pizza of South End Charlotte

We ordered Pizza here for the first time yesterday. We had to make sure the flour was not enriched. The help we received went above and beyond! Pizza was awesome as well. Love the organic ingredients and the special dough!

Our new favorite pizza! We got the Soppresetta pizza on their sourdough crust, and the ricotta prosciutto on their gluten-free crust, and both were amazing. The gluten-free crust is some of the best I’ve ever had and cooked perfectly! They also have amazing chocolate chip cookies. If you like fresh made quality pizza, you’ve got to try this place!

This is a newer pizza spot in South End. They’re directly across from another pizza spot which is an interesting choice. The pizza was really good. Well made, well cooked and the person in front was friendly. It didn’t take too long for the pizza to be made. I’d recommend it. The inside looks like an office building though. I wouldn’t sit in here and eat really. It could use an upgrade to feel like a pizza shop, not a doctors office. Get an arcade cabinet or pinball machine and put some art on the walls! Food was great though and reasonable.

Is the sequel as good as the original? Not always, but in this case it is! The quality at the South End location is just as great as the Midtown spot. I’m just nervous, though, about having it so close to my house!

A tip: There is a small dining room for dine-in, but I think the best place to enjoy this tasty pie is across the street at Hi-Wire. It’s basically a match made in heaven 😇

Literally the best!! I have been waiting anxiously for this to open since I live in the building. I tried it for the first time tonight and it was to die for! I got a large white pizza with the cinnaminis. Staff was great and super friendly. Will def be going back!
