“We had been to Zadar Jane's once before and thoroughly enjoyed the food, coffee and service. Our waitress Kris had previously given us our best dining experience on record. We decided to go back and we were not disappointed! My husband and I have some ingredient restrictions. Not only did Kris ensure we were aware when this might be an issue she thoroughly checked ingredients and made sure we were well taken care of. We will be coming back over and over again because the food is delicious, but more importantly their service is wonderful.”

“OLD ONE STAR REVIEW; TAP FOR UPDATED VERSION: Didn't put a lid on my drink, overpriced, been waiting for a long time and still haven't gotten my pretzel sticks. "Pretzel Perfect" my ass. EDIT: 30 minutes later they finally finished my sticks, and they were as good as every other Auntie Anne's, so they get a star for that. They don't seem to give as much cheese dip as others, though, so you might want to buy some extras. As consolation for the long wait, they gave us a free pretzel/drink/dip combo, so I gave them another star since that sort of balances out the $10 price tag. Final thoughts: Not the best Auntie Anne's I've been to, but at least the food's good.”

“The staff here are amazing, kind, accommodating and reduce my anxiety with their efficiency, customer service, kindness, and dedication to resolving any issues (never had one but my former roommate did and they handled it rapidly and provided her and I a goodwill type redemption card for a free beverage) fairly and quickly. Additionally, as someone with anxiety and other health problems, wearing a mask is not possible at this time. It adversely affects my mental and physical health. I truly appreciate that Starbuck's has an efficient system in place that allows someone like me to still have access to their products without the requirement to wear a mask. I have been elsewhere (ahem, the phone center at my local Target...) where people seem to think I am hard of hearing for whatever reason and lower their masks to speak with me. My friend was treating me to coffee. I casually mentioned looking at the menu that the lime drink sounded pretty cool. I guess as new customers (and coming in all sweaty from a long bike ride) we got a double-treat; I got a couple of samples of the fruit drinks and he got one, too (lined up here to show off the rainbow cornucopia)! Strong customer service and friendly folks.”

“I work at CMC Main and having a food option open late is wonderful. I have had some really good experiences here coupled with a few poorer ones, namely undercooked chicken on a salad once and another time with very poor customer service upon stepping up to order. All other times have been very satisfactory, and a prime example was when I ordered a caffe mocha and forgot to mention I needed almond milk. After the drink had been made I realized my mistake and asked if I could get one with almond milk, staring that it was completely my mistake and nothing they did wrong, and apologized for it. They graciously made me another one, didn't charge me for it, and wished me a good night. As far as the store itself, it has a very good layout with plenty of seating and is kept clean. It is found on the ground floor near the front entrance to the hospital.”
