    I had the pleasure of being served by Lauren at Bad Daddy’s tonight, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we were seated, Lauren greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. She was attentive throughout the meal, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed.

    Went out to lunch this Monday with my niece and mother and had attempted to go to Kung Foo Noodles not knowing they were closed. My niece then chose Bad Daddys which was thankfully open! Were seated quickly and had drinks come promptly. Our server(Karrie maybe) was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. Even offered to go cups for drinks on the hot day when we went to leave. The food was good, came quick and was put together well. Wish we would have tried some sides, as the fried pickles looked good, but it wasn’t cheat day, and if it had been, I would have smashed a shake too. Mom and niece both orders salads, one made to order the other off the menu Greek and both said they liked it - and was large enough that I liked it too - as they couldn’t eat it all!
    If in Birkdale and looking for a good salad, burger/sandwich, or beer apparently as they have a small bar, I would check out Bad Daddy’s.

    We ate here while visiting from out-of -own and the food was decent, but there was an unresolved discrepancy. We ordered 4 burgers among other things. Due to food allergies we had to make some changes to one of the burgers. On our bill, the waitress charged us for an additional burger instead of just the changes to the initial order. I didn't notice the charge until we paid and when I brought it to her attention she immediately acknowledged the error and took the receipt to fix it. After a few minutes she called the manager to the cash register. Both of them were there for several minutes seemingly unfamiliar with how to accomplish reimbursing the additional charge. Eventually the manager handed me another receipt, which looked like a reprint of the original receipt minus the additional charge, but not a reimbursement. When I asked about the reprint she assured me that the extra charge was reimbursed, but that it would take several days to see it reflected in my account. It's now been a few weeks and the reimbursement never posted to the account. Since we are out of town we just charged it as a loss, but share this story so that other patrons are mindful. While this did not seem malicious, it seems like training is needed around the use of the register. The manager and waitstaff should know how to do these common functions to prevent similar errors in the future.

    It was the best burger I have ever had! Tracye, the bartender, and the other staff were awesome! I had the Bacon Burger on Steroids and truffle fries! My wife had Bistro Burger and Truffle fries. She love it!

    Such a fun cool atmosphere!! The service is great!!! There is a lot of new faces but everyone seems to be so friendly. Personally I would like to give a shout out to Debbie, Brittany and Ava for always taking such great care of us and going above and beyond. That’s the kind of people you need in the industry. Keep it up guys YOU ROCK!!!!!!
