I placed an order for pick up and it was ready when I got there. It was made to order and exactly right. And it was delicious. This is the perfect restaurant for our town. I’m a fan after one visit.

Great selections! I ordered the Asian wrap which was fresh and phenomenal. Friendly staff, they had me in and out in no time. 4 stars only because the wrap was not really wrapped at all and the salad poured out and was everywhere when I lifted it to take a bite. It’s right after a new opening so maybe practice makes perfect on wrapping these sandwiches! Also, I feel it’s too pricey for salads/wraps.

Salads is fresh and you get a lot which most places don't do that. The New England Clam Chowder is amazing and rolls are yum! Definitely coming back again and again!

I have been a major fan of Saladworks since my very first taste at the food court in the Echelon Mall in Voorhees, NJ when I was a preteen. I moved to Charlotte over nine years ago and have always said how there's never any good salad options down here and that I wanted to finish my degree and open a franchise of SW here in the CLT. Lo and behold, I was not the only person who felt our region was severely lacking in the dining options and brought Saladworks here! Visited today with my daughter, my mother, and my sister. Restaurant is new, very clean and warm and inviting. The staff was great too! Everyone was so super friendly. I got to talk with the owner and was able to thank him for bringing this amazing restaurant here!

I ordered one of my favorites - the Sophie's salad. Spring mix base, grilled chicken, dried cranberries, bleu cheese, honey roasted pecans, and apple slices. One time, at a SW in Jersey, the server recommended I mix raspberry vinaigrette and the sesame dressings together on this salad and ever since then that is the only way to eat this salad.

Best part is their create your own salad too. You can select from multiple bases, and over 60+ fresh toppings. Salad serving sizes are large as well! Any salad you can also get as a wrap!! And don't forget a nice warm roll to go with your delicious salad (or wrap)!

Location is great too! Right off highway 77 at exit 23 for Gilead Road. It is practically right next to Harris Teeter.

tl;dr Excellent and FRESH food, super friendly staff, reasonably priced, great location - a major addition to the area’s dining.
