Inizio Pizza Napoletana Huntersville

This is by far the best pizza I have had in North Carolina. I moved to NC from CT about three years ago. I was accustomed to eating New Haven, CT, pizza at places like Modern Apizza and Frank Pepe. These are considered the best (or among the best) in the country according to several ranking systems. I have been craving great pizza for a while. Inizio is absolutely outstanding. The ingredients are fresh, the dough has a wonderful texture, it has the authentic wood-fired Napoletana taste, and it was ready in 15 min. I am looking forward to trying the various pizzas they offer. I will be back!!

Honestly best pizza in town, I love the new style that we need in birkdale. Crust was so thick with a well cooked bottom as well. All around a great experience with great employees and staff. Highly recommended!!

We just tried the new pizzeria in Huntersville. We give a 5 stars for the taste and quality. Being Italian we are over critical around pizza and we were very impressed with the pizza we ate today: tasty, just the right amount of oil and condiment, cooked to perfection and very light. I gave them a 4 stars because of the wait time. Hopefully they will get quicker. We will be back!

These guys deserve a review! Simply put. it's a fantastic pizza. I got the Margherita and added pepperoni. Everything about it was fabulous. I called and placed order for pickup. Everything about the phone call and pickup was prompt & courteous. They will be my go to for pizza from now on.

Food: The pizza was excellent. I had the Raffael. You can't find those sweet peppers in the south.

Service: They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The lady who took the order even warned us it would be about 25 minutes because they had so many take-out orders. In reality we only waited about 10 minutes.

Atmosphere: Very bright and nice. It's good for families and friends.

Con: They only have bottled tea and soda (meaning only available in bottles). They also have alcoholic drinks, but didn't have license when I visited.
