Burger Shack

Their food was great & I got ice cream too

We had a Burger Shack right down the street from where we lived at when I was little and that was my favorite place to eat but it ended up closing down. Years later I realized that there was one in Mt Gilead which is not to far from me I was very excited to go and experience again what I had been missing for so long. However, I was terribly disappointed. It was good, don't get me wrong but the Philly Cheese Steak that I ordered they just put sliced cheese on top of the steak instead of mixing it up in the steak. I don't know about you but my mouth isn't big enough to where I can get all of that bread, steak and cheese in there at one time, every time. I have to take smaller bites so every bite isn't the same now being they put the cheese just on top like that. It was good, just nowhere near as good as it would have been had they not done it like that. Also the staff there acted like they were in a rush to get done with us and they were rolling their eyes at us. I doubt we will ever go back and that is a crying shame as bad as I have missed this place. If you liked what I had to say please let me know by hitting the like button. Thank you so much.

The absolute best wedges ever I added chili cheese to mine and I have never ranch so good !! I wish they wasn’t so far away from me :(

Great food and burgers are hand made. The service is great.
