Chapman's Food and Spirits

Nice atmosphere. The service was outstanding, thank you Vanessa. The food was OK. The spinach dip was mostly cream cheese and that is all I really tasted, the chips served with the dip were fresh and crisp. The chicken Sandwich I ordered was a disappointment, as it fell apart right away. I am glad I asked for the sauce on the side, as I did not enjoy the taste of the red pepper sauce. Taste wise it was fine, but what a mess to eat. My friend ordered the Fish & Chips...a huge plate of fries and a good portion of fish. My friend liked the taste, but thought it was over breaded and started removing some of the breading. Everyone was friendly and the place was cute and clean. Parking on the street.

The food was amazing and the service was top notch! The Hamm burger was great! Recommended! We will visit again next time we are here.

Excellent food and atmosphere! They also do catering! They did or Christmas party this past year and knocked it out of the park with awesome falling off the bone beef shanks and their amazing signature Gouda Mac and cheese!

I picked this place on a whim and boy am I glad I did. We were seated in the bar area and our server was both the bartender and waitor. His drinks were delicious and he made me the perfectly refreshing tequila mixed drink! No idea what it was, but it was GOOD! We ordered the crab cakes which were not traditional but still delicious. I had the fish tacos and they were huge!! I couldn't finish them all plus the salad! The fish tacos were very good, but messy. My husband loved his burger. We both agreed that we would love to come back again! The menu has a very unique variety of food which leaves you wanting to come back for more! This is not your run of the mill restaurant. They have food that is both delicious and unique. Highly recommend.

You just won't be disappointed with Chapman's great menu and super bar, with plentiful (we frequently take 1/2 of our meals home) as well as expertly prepared dishes. I happen to love the Risotto, anytime, as these offerings are always wonderfully creative and flavorful. We were here the first week the restaurant opened...and if I had any complaint, it's that too many local and out-of-town folks have found out about Chapman's. So get there early for a seat.
