I think there was a new person working the drive through, She messed up our order. We walked inside to get it handled. I believe the food should've been comped. Food was great tho

Taco Bell's fill up box is an inexpensive and satisfying deal

I have been seeing ads for the new Rattlesnake Fries and just HAD to have some. I was a little disappointed. I think the fries may have not been cooked long enough as they were a little cold and soggy. This dish could have been better with crispy hot fries and if it had looked a little more like the ads. On a positive note, the staff were GREAT, friendly and smiling. Major shout out to our order-taker, Mr. Kwon. Sir, you have a fantastic energy and amazing customer service!!!! The last note is that the facility was quite unkempt. There was trash in the dining room. It was on the floor and tables. The tables all needed a good wipe down. The floors were a little slick almost as if they needed to be mopped well. I didnt visit the restrooms.
