Vaquera

Vaquera is by far one of the top restaurants we've ever been to - in the world. The food is top-notch. The service is superb. The atmosphere is refined and elegant. I caution you, once you've eaten here you'll never be satisfied with traditional Hispanic food anywhere else again. It's that good.

Wanted to try Vaquera out because we knew the owners have been in the restaurant industry for quite some time. Absolutely did not disappoint. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was delicious. Their menu looked good and their drinks looked tasty. Pictured are the chorizo dip appetizer and the Vaqeuera ACP. Will definitely be going back often.

Had an amazing dinner and my daughters each commented just how good their food was as well. Great service. Very much enjoyed our patio dining and the drink I had was fantastic!

We ordered the trio of dips for starters. The guacamole, pico and queso were all delicious! My fiancé had a burrito and I had the steak fajitas and a margarita. The margarita was one of the best I’ve had. Nice lime and salt flavor without being overly sweet. Everything was really good and we’ll definitely go back! Servers were all very nice. We waited a little bit but please keep in mind they just opened so go with that idea and be patient if needed.

I never had Maria’s in any of the other locations but we decided on a whim to try this place tonight.
I had the Huarrache, husband had the enchiladas.
Everyone was very nice and gave good suggestions when I explained my restrictions.
Definitely will be back.
