Food was great, one of the works set at the bar on the phone talking loud making personal calls, very disrespectful

Friendly staff, but more steps could be done to ensure quality for the customer, as well as employees could pay more attention to the customer's needs.

The food is always great, and made fresh. The restaurant is generally clean, and service is usually punctual. My husband and I usually visit this establishment a few times a month, and typically service is punctual and friendly. Tonight the service was not to par, and we spent a fairly decent amount of time waiting for our food. More than waiting for the food was the wait for the plates and silverware we didn't have when our food had arrived. We also were not given a tab, and had to find the server and request our check several times. Food was good, but disappointed in the service tonight.
