    My first time actually going inside a Panera Bread and it was just okay. Food was not delicious. Everything was pretty presentation but very blan. Three adults and two kids spent $60

    Great customer service and very prompt! I placed an online order today and specified what time I would like to pick it up. I arrived 5 minutes early and as soon as I parked one of the employees was bringing out my order- even gave me a complimentary scone, which was very delicious! I will continue to support Panera Bread!
