    Nice cozy restaurant. Beautiful view of the Cape Fear river from the screened porch. Food was great very affordable. Will definitely visit again.

    My wife and I had a quiet lunch at the Beach House Bar and Grill overlooking the Cape Fear River. I had a delicious cheeseburger and fries for five dollars. My wife had a salad and we also had a drink. Total $8.35. Great spot. Neat and clean. Friendly workers too. The place has some odd hours. Mon- Sat: 8 am to 2pm. Sun: 1 pm to 7 pm. It historically served Air Force personnel. For the past five years it has been open to the public. Be sure to take a walk on the pier to enjoy the wide expanse of the river while you are there.
