Niche Kitchen and Bar

Enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Lisa was GREAT!! I had the grilled crab cake and my husband had the flounder. Both delicious.

I had the roasted beet salad with grilled shrimp. It was wonderful, fresh, tasty and a wonderful champagne vinegrette dressing. The shrimp were excellent and not spicy. The service was perfect as usual.

Excellent food and service at this restaurant tucked away in a strip of stores. Lamb chops and scallops were both excellent. Waiter was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Very nice it was for a first time visit, no complaints what so never. Staff friendly as was our server who was very attentive. A good selection of drinks from cocktails, wine and local beers, they even had a tasty local cider. Dinner menu was simple and when that is the case the food is usually good, and it was. Would go back.

I own a beach property near this restaurant, which is located in the shopping center with a Harris Teeter and a couple of other fast food places. Niche is NOT a fast food place, but a truly excellent restaurant with a bistro-type menu. I have never had a bad meal here – the prices are very good, and the services almost always polite and efficient, even when they are quite busy. It is easily one of the best restaurants in the Carolina Beach/Kure Beach area.
